I was make some New thread for forum rules, but I still
not yet to arrange the words for it so i make disable it
for a moment.
Only moderator and me as adminstration can read and
reply the topic.

I' m added some new content at member's interface which is it's Reputation System.
The Reputation System work for like how much you already posted those posting message in this forum.
it's based on precentage on posted message you did
but i'm still not yet debugging it completely
